It's either that or I'm just gonna sell it and get something else instead and this will be the end of my adventure thru Seagate world as this is the second device I get and my first one has an issue I am stating to find annoying.

I reinstalled the software, I unpluged the device, reconnected it, shutdown the computer and even changed cables and ports on the router as well as resetting the router. The laptop that works fine is 64 bit, and was updated from windows 8 to 10. Some suggested checking the firewall, I already turned it off. But I can't get in, Dashboard will not detect and I have no login info for this device to access thru the browser. I installed the device as explained by the installation sheet, 2 lights in the front solid green and white and even my computer can see the 2 networks created. Like so many others here the Seagate Dashboard just refuses to detect the Goflex Home I just got.
